CleverTap, a prominent omnichannel communication enabler in India, made a bold move by acquiring its US counterpart Lean Plum, expanding its reach into the Western market. Seeking to communicate this strategic move and promote their super product, Tesseract DB, CleverTap approached Flying Elephant Designs to orchestrate a comprehensive ad and promotional campaign, alongside event branding support for their participation at the MAU Las Vegas expo.
CleverTap tasked us with crafting a complete event experience to showcase their prowess as both a service provider and an experience curator. They sought to highlight the acquisition of Lean Plum, the East to West expansion, and the capabilities of Tesseract DB. Additionally, bespoke ad clips of a New York Times Square ad quality were requested to amplify their message.

Drawing inspiration from superheroes, we conceived a narrative where Tesseract DB was positioned as the ultimate marketing superpower, and CleverTap as the superhero. Our event theme, ‘Clevertap’s Finding Tesseract,’ transformed the expo into an interactive game, engaging attendees from the moment they encountered CleverTap's stall. Utilising QR codes strategically placed throughout the venue, attendees were taken on a quest to reveal the secrets of Tesseract DB, visiting various touchpoints and engaging with the brand's offerings.

We carefully and consciously designed every aspect of the event taking into consideration each detail, from communication materials to the event art itself. Our team created an immersive experience complete with a specially curated landing page, puzzle challenges, and physical touchpoints, encouraging attendees to explore CleverTap's offerings firsthand. To further enhance brand exposure and engagement, we crafted unique assets such as NFTs, team T-shirts, and portable disc chargers, reinforcing CleverTap's presence and leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
